Lived close to this growing up. It's definitely alot better in recent years. Plenty for kids to do with the park and climbing frame. Ball games on the green nature reserve dog walking so on. In the summer the cafe is open which is good as well. You can see sheep in the pen to.
Great open space with playgrounds for kids, playing fields and paths for walks. Also a good cafe and indoor play area. Reasonable amount of free parking too. All round a very pleasant place for a fun morning or afternoon.
Beautiful park perfect to play with kids as there is a playground and a little cafe with bathrooms. Sometimes there are two sheep's to look at too. Big green space with outdoor gym options as well as option to extend your walk to the fields where you can see running bluebells at a certain time of the year. Parking spaces available. Tip, bring a box and pick some fresh berries in the fields
Lovely playground with lots of play equipment suitable for babies up to older children. Clean and tidy. Good cafe with small soft play.
Lovely walk with dogs. The bluebell wood is good. You can get to that by going towards the right hand side of the play area. Very well kept.
The play park is brilliant. So much for them to do. Free parking.
Overall a great day out.
Decent park..you need to to get there preferably in the morning as parking spaces are extremely limited!!!!!
Children’s play area is good..one of entrances was not accessible due to a huge puddle which could have been looked into and possibly the water brushed away.
I was surprised to see owners bringing their dogs into the children’s play area??..I did not like that and made it clear to one dog owner she shouldn’t be bringing her dog in this area..clearly didn’t like being told that.
My daughter had a great time and that’s all that matters to me..cafe should think about lowering their prices..cost of living crisis will put people off big time..too expensive!!
Very busy, very popular. A lovely little play center and Cafe serving good food and drink. I would disagree with the negative review posted recently, as the popularity, setup and location is ideal for some indoor fun.
first time been here. I was ecstatic about the playground facilities and the sunny weather. My kids were enjoyable and have a very good time in this park.
